If you request a pickup or quote, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, contact information, pickup location, organization type, equipment notes, and any message you include. We use that information to review the request, follow up, and schedule collection when appropriate.

The pickup form on this site is provided by ServMP, a third-party form service. Information you enter in that form is processed by ServMP on our behalf and delivered to our team. ServMP’s own practices apply to how they host and transmit the form.
